(2) Accompanying person fee includes the daily lunches, the congress dinner and the sightseeing tour with the snack-dinner included.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation requests shall be addressed to cedya2026.inscrip@sema.org.es .

Registration fees will be refunded (minus a 60€ charge) if cancellation requests are received before June 5th, 2026.

After June 5th, 2026, no refunds will be processed, and cancellation expenses will cost 100% of the fee.
